Simon has now successfully completed Part A and Part B for psychometric testing and will shortly be listed in the Register of Competence in Psychological Testing with the Psychological Testing Unit.

Part B allows the administration of the NEO Personality Inventory. This model is based on the Big 5 areas of personality and allows for assessment of trait. A very powerful tool for job selection, development and coaching.
