- lead the £1m MBI for 6 directors and worked with the team over a 13 year period increasing turnover from £3m to £45m p/a, share price increasing year on year from £0.10 to £8.08.
- MBA from the Open University in 2002.

- Licentiate member of National Council of Psychotherapists
- ABS approved for psychometric testing.

- Over 25 years experience in financial services sector
- Experience at senior management and board level in large corporates and medium sized businesses
- Created and delivered successful business plans in new start up and established businesses.
- driven by passion for excellent customer service and developing high performing teams and individuals.
- Taken on coaching assignments in both the public and private sector, ranging from SME’s to global corporations and with high potential managers through to board level executives.
- The coaching activities have been diverse but include leadership development, management development, career development & transition, inter-cultural challenges, team- building, influencing, communications skills, work-life balance and life plan.

- working with a global bio pharmaceutical company to help them to achieve excellence for new market drug launches.
