Simon Hague is a highly trained Business and Executive coach, working within the professional guidelines and code of ethics of the The Coaching Circle. His firm belief is that one coaching model does not suit all, so he adopts the best approach to match the clients needs thereby providing effective and engaging coaching. His training has been carried out at Barefoot Coaching which is the first coach training company to be accredited by a UK University. As part of the ethics that Simon operates to, he commits to undertake 6 days coaching Supervision and 6 Days Continuous Professional Development each year.
Simon also holds an MBA (Distinction – specialism in leading people for improved performance) from Aston Business School and a BSc (Jt Hons) in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Nottingham University. Whilst completing his final MBA project, which considered the behaviour changes due to executive coaching, this led to a deeper understanding of the return on investment associated with this exciting field. He has also been awarded the PG Business School Prize for the best student from the Full Time MBA Programme to graduate in the academic year 2009/10.
He is experienced at working at executive levels in organisations having been accountable for the leadership of a distribution operation, chemicals business and substantial corporate relationship.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the National Council of Psychotherapists and the British Psychological Society and adheres to the code of ethics associated with these memberships including CPD and Supervision.
