Simon Hague is the founder of Wheresmylunch – a company that really does want to make a difference to the way people operate their lives both inside and outside business.
Before setting up Wheresmylunch, Simon benefitted from working with some great and experienced people and worked at executive levels in organisations. He was accountable for the leadership of a distribution operation, chemicals business and substantial corporate relationship.
More recently Simon completed his MBA, graduating with a distinction in the specialism of leading people for competitive advantage (and top of the year). It was through doing this as a full time degree, he unleashed his passion for achieving great things with and through people. He subsequently completed a PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching and is in an enviable position of loving his work with a wide range of public sector and private sector clients.
What does he do?
He draws out from his clients a depth of understanding and required actions needed to be taken. Simon does this through precise intervention, that is, whatever coaching intervention or workshop that will deliver the right result for the client.
Simon is
- an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
- a member of the British Psychological Society and their special interest group in coaching,
- a member of the Association for Coaching,
- registered as competent for the administration, marking and feedback of ability, skills and personality testing (Level A & B) with the Psychological Testing Centre.
- registered to deliver, administer and feedback on the Aston Business School Trait Tool.
Simon also has a passion for working with the community. He is engaged as a mentor, he helps on the Career Academy program, and raises funds for local charities. Simon is also active in the Birmingham Chamber Executive Club and is a councillor on the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce main council.
