			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Simon has now successfully completed Part A and Part B for psychometric testing and will shortly be listed in the Register of Competence in Psychological Testing with the <a title="Psychological Testing" href="http://www.psychtesting.org.uk">Psychological Testing Unit</a>.</p>
<p>What does this mean to the services offered by Wheresmylunch?</p>
<p>It is important to recognise that individuals have traits and that these traits are fundamental to how people are perceived in the work context. Using psychometric testing enables Wheresmylunch to work accurately and quickly with individuals to help get even better at what they do.</p>
<p>Part A allows the administration and interpretation of ability, numerical and verbal reasoning tests together with vocational interest measures which can be used in career guidance and coaching.</p>
<p>Part B allows the administration of the NEO Personality Inventory. This model is based on the Big 5 areas of personality and allows for assessment of trait. A very powerful tool for job selection, development and coaching.</p>

<p>On 12th July, Simon will be presenting a workshop session at the CIPD in London on just that. He will be lifting the lid on where academia meets business and will be encouraging the audience to be outrageous.</p>

<p>These general frameworks supports consistency of intervention, transparency and honesty in the intervention including most importantly how the coaching sessions will stop, and how the &#8216;contract of engagement&#8217; looks.
</p>
<p>By offering services under these frameworks, our clients know that their information is secure, that they are being treated with utmost integrity, how much the services cost and that there is an outcome target for the sessions. What this means to you is that you know what you are buying, how it will be delivered, when it will need to be paid for and a measure of some of the changes experienced through the intervention. It is the policy of the organisation to ensure that a coaching intervention that stops delivering value to the client is highlighted immediately to the coachee so as to reserve the experience for high impact situations.
</p>
<p>Also, the organisation and coaches used within the organisation understand the limits of their ability. If an intervention is moving in the direction of non-expertise, such as towards counselling or where mentoring could impact better, a discussion will occur with options given for the routes to move ahead with.
</p>
