This element is focused on the analysis of the current situation and through an agreed process will offer some suggestions as to how to achieve the desired outcome.

Impact of individuals on teams on organisations.

We believe that markets, organisations and teams are a construct of the interactions (and reactions) at an individual level to situations or occurances. This ‘gestalt’ or whole is an important consideration. We would recommend that any work that is completed at an organisational level considers the impact of the individual on that strategy, design or process.

The ‘how we do this’ is dependent on the organisation and the objective that is agreed. We will look at considering how we can minimise the design, but maximise the benefit to the organisation or individual and there are several toolsets that we would consider using to assist in this section including appreciative enquiry, client interviews, psychometric tools (ability, personality, conflict style …), 360 feedback, as well as business analysis tools.

From this analysis, a report will be constructed with conclusions, recommendations and next steps.
