Celebrate

The celebration phase is the ‘final’ segment of the circular process.

It helps to recognised that there is an end place to the engagement or the reason why you would have engaged Wheresmylunch to work with you or your organisation. It helps to celebrate the success that has been achieved by re-visiting some of the discussions that may have occurred earlier in helping in understanding the value to the organisation or individual the changes that have been achieved. Through this reflection we would encourage not just for statements such as “it has been a good experience” but for hard facts as to what has changed in the near world, what has been learnt, what has been undone, and what are the real hard benefits?

The benefits to the organisation and individual of this phase is immense, as the positive messages uncovered, will help in the re-enforcement and sustainability of the change process.

We also ask for feedback at this stage. This is important to us, to ensure that we, as an organisation, also continuously improve and adapt to the changing and developing needs of our clients. We need to continue to operate with a clear vision and mindful of our clients needs.

Of course, as organisations change, so do requirements and it could be likely that another project or brief may be entered into. This could mean the start of another cyclical route.
