Executive Coaching is focussed on delivering a stepwise release in the capability and visibility of business leaders. The very definition of being a leader means that it is a lonely place, and is likely to be market shaping. The executive coaching completed with Wheresmylunch are all 1 on 1 sessions and are focussed on individual assignment, that is, they are unique to the executives needs at that time. The process (and we hate to use this word as everything is taylored) typically consists of
- an intake session where both coach and executive consider what they will work and and that the chemistry is right
- a series of 1 on 1 sessions, usually away from the place of work to enable very open and very productive outputs against the set objectives
- a review and break point
This latter stage is so important in establishing a period of self reflection and it is often the conditioning leading to this that self awareness is seen to improve with amazing results.
Throughout this engagement there will be face to face meetings and telephone access to your coach. This helps to ensure that there is a great support mechanism in place at a time of this amazing self discovery.
