We are accredited by the Psychological Testing Centre (part of the British Psychological Society) to the following levels
- Test Administration
- Level A (Ability and Aptitude Testing)
- Level B Intermediate (Personality Testing): (Competence in NEO PI-R)
Specifically, this means we can not only help you with your people selection and development but can then help individual clients to use the outputs to deliver a sensible coaching intervention based on their actual attributes rather than those perceived by others. The output is an increase in authenticity and ultimately performance.
NEO PI-R has been chosen as the personality tool above others such as MBTI or FIRO-B due to its academically proven link to business leadership and performance.
In addition to simple tests considering skills, aptitude and personality, we are accredited to use other methods that can help tease out career aspirations, strengths and development zones which again can form a basis of a specific coaching intervention.
