The concept of a coaching surgery is based on a drop in session but completed over Skype.
There maybe a challenge that you are facing in work, or a new strategy that you wish to explore in a safe and detailed way. This is an ideal way to help you develop this further in a challenging yet non-hostile way.
The idea being that you may bring to the meeting an area that they want to explore more and help you to explore what outcome they want to achieve.
A truly dynamic and explorative session that will provide personal challenge and self exploration of solutions to the problems that you bring.
The process for booking the meeting is as simple as 1 – 2 – 3.

Monthly 2 hour Telephone Coaching Session
This item is for a series of 6 off 2 hour coaching session completed over telephone or Skype (for calls to outside the UK).

There will be some pre-work for you to think about and submit prior to attending.
All our coaches are trained coaches, that engage in regular supervision and personal development. This ensures that you will get someone that is at the top of their game and will provide the real challenge that you need to take you onwards.
Please note that these prices do not include VAT (no VAT charged for countries outside of EU), the costs of shipping coaching material or any costs incurred by coaches who are travelling for additional face to face sessions. Any psychometric evaluation that will be used will also be chargable but only upon agreement with the coachee.

Telephone or Internet Based Coaching
This item is a coaching session completed over telephone (or Skype for calls to outside the UK).
All our coaches are trained coaches, that engage in regular supervision and personal development. This ensures that you will get someone that is at the top of their game and will provide the real challenge that you need to take you onwards.
This can be used individually or as a ‘top up’ to the Coaching Packages. You can also use this to create your unique coaching package.
