On placing your order, you will receive an email with an attachment (PDF) containing the instructions as to how to take the assessment. On completion of the online assessment, your results will be compared to a norm group of 1273 people from the general UK population to give you an accurate understanding of where your development needs are likely to be.

You will be emailed the resulting detailed development report within 24 hours.

Although this online assessment will generate a report, it is strongly recommended to use this report in conjunction with one of our online skype development sessions where borderline trait reporting can be professionally explored to help provide a more accurate and totally bespoke development report for your personal development.

The feedback sessions would be conducted over Skype. However, should a face to face session be of interest, this can also be arranged by through mutual agreement.
