Conflict Resolution

The Thomas Killman Instrument (TKI) helps people identify their preferred approach to conflict, and looks at how to use different styles to cope with various types of conflict situations. It prompts people to think about their reaction to interpersonal friction, and suggests strategies to positively affect the outcome of conflict, both in terms of relationships and results.

Delivered in English and online, the questionnaire delivers a comprehensive report which you can keep for reference.

It is strongly advised to purchase with some form of feedback or coaching. This can be selected when ordering the product and should a feedback session be chosen, we will be in contact to arrange a mutually convenient time for this session.

The feedback sessions are going to be conducted over Skype. However, should a 1 on 1 coaching session be of interest, this can also be arranged by through mutual logistical agreement.
